What We're Looking For:
- ?? Previous Experience: At least 2 years experience working within a Primary Class setting.
- ??? Behaviour Management: Proven track record in handling challenges.
- ?? Communication Skills: Bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
- �? Passion for Education: Ideally, experience with children and young people.
- ?? Enhanced DBS Check: Valid and registered on the update service (or ready for a new adventure).
Your Role:
- ?? Team Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents/caregivers, and colleagues.
- �? Adaptability: Tailor syllabus to individual students' EHCP.
- ?? Assessment Mastery: Employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide professional related references*
