If so, we want to hear from you! Tradewind is searching for a skilled and passionate Level 4 Teaching Assistant who can confidently work across in EYFS. As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you'll take on a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning. You'll lead small groups, cover lessons, and assist teachers in delivering an engaging and effective curriculum. With your support, pupils will thrive and achieve their best.

Where: Manchester, M19

Role: Full-time Level 4 Teaching Assistant in EYFS

Pay: £85 - £90 per day (dependant on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:Based in their Nursery, you'll work alongside the Key Stage Manager, leading classes across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), planning lessons, conducting assessments, and writing reports.

We're looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience working with children
  • Hold a degree or Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Possess strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
  • Are excellent team players with interpersonal skills to match
