The roles will be flexible to suit your needs.Your new roleAs a teaching assistant, you are responsible for providing support and assistance to the pupils, whether it be in a group or 1:1 setting, as well as supporting the class teacher across both KS3 and KS4 year groups. You will need to have the ability to adapt to work with pupils of all abilities.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, recent experience working with children in the UK within the last 2 years would be beneficial, for example, in an education setting or as a support worker.
