Job Description :

PARIS, OARIS, Outlook, Word, Excel, TEAMS, Dict8, Integra

Working at Band 3 level supporting the CMHT North Mersey Admin Team. Answering the telephone, typing up medical letters, completing zoning minutes, MDT minutes, taking minutes for meetings, general admin tasks including photocopying and scanning documents onto PARIS, sending letters, preparing appointment letters, data inputting on PARIS, dealing with referrals, ordering stationery and other supplies.

  • Our team provides help to services users who are struggling with their mental health and can often be unwell. Please be aware that there may be some occasions the candidate may have to manage difficult and challenging conversations, these can be upsetting. Sometimes callers may even be verbally abusive.
  • Data entry, PARIS or patient administration systems.
  • Good team working skills
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Excellent typing skills along with organisational ability, experience in Microsoft word, outlook and teams preferable.
  • Previous NHS if possible.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Work well in team and be able to work on their own initiative.
