Clarion Housing Group is on an ambitious path of expansion, focusing on new build developments and creating vibrant, new communities.

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Community Liaison Manager to coordinate and manage stakeholder relationships within the communities where our new build developments are located, helping to grow the Clarion and Latimer sales brand. As the "face of Clarion," you'll be the first point of contact for local residents and other stakeholders.

The role involves supporting development projects throughout the development process, ensuring community and social impact are embedded from pre-planning to project completion. This includes delivering community projects through Latimer, construction contractors, and fulfilling Section 106 requirements.

You will act as the eyes and ears of the organisation, engaging with local communities, authorities, schools, and wider stakeholders. You will support the planning and delivery of community communications across all aspects of each development.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in designing and conducting community development and liaison activities, as well as running community consultation programmes. You should have experience in delivering community and social impact across the development lifecycle. You'll excel in building and maintaining relationships and will have sound experience in stakeholder engagement.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Manchester. Candidates will be expected to work from a Clarion office at least 1 day per week.
