Responsibilities:
  • To service products as well as those of other manufacturers in line with company protocols and agreed service contracts.
  • To work to agreed scheduled visits and report progress to the office via Clik service management system daily.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance/repairs as required by the Service Manager.
  • Compile reports and time sheets and submit these to the office at the earliest opportunity.
  • Maintain vehicle and test equipment in line with manufacturer recommendations, keeping them clean and presentable always.
  • Be alert to the competition and report relevant information that may be of value to the Company.
  • Report recurring design problems for action by the technical team.
  • Maintain necessary vehicle stock to allow the primary role to be carried out efficiently.
  • To promote products, service facilities and spare parts wherever possible.
  • Stay up to date with legislation and standards to ensure that we can provide the client with a first-class service.
  • Always maintain standards of performance and discipline and protect the Company's interests.Uphold the Company Quality System and maintain all associated records.
