This is a unique opportunity for an experienced people manager to build a team of FSEs covering the North West region for a rapidly expanding firm. Integral to the planning, budgeting and formation of the team, you’ll also be responsible for the allocation of work, service levels, reporting and forecasting.

Once the team is in place and performing, the role will then expand into a national position by replicating your success with other new teams across the country.

You’ll have a strong background in Electrical, Plumbing or Multi-Skilled Engineering, customer liaison and stakeholder engagement, training and supporting team members and the drive to ensure success.
