Field Service Engineer

Salary: £30k - £45k + Training + Vehicle + Bonus

Location: Manchester

 

nGenium has an exciting new opportunity with an innovator in high performance analytical instruments manufactured here in the UK. Through internal progression, a great new opportunity has opened to join their field service team.

This a chance to receive comprehensive manufacturer training on an exciting range of Mass Spectrometers and other analysis equipment as well as travel across the world working in state-of-the-art laboratories.

In this role you will perform installations, service, repairs, preventative maintenance, testing and training of customers at their sites across the UK and overseas in Europe.

 

A suitable candidate for this Field Service Engineer position would need:

  • A good science-based degree
  •  1-2 years minimum Experience servicing and maintaining Analytical instruments. - MS, FTIR, IRMS
  • Excellent people skills and ability to deliver customer service.
  • Full UK driving license and unrestricted right to work.
  • Analytically minded with great ability to show attention to detail.
