Location: Didsbury, Manchester
Salary: 47,034 per annum + Benefits
Hours: Days - 37.5 hours

Time Recruitment is assisting a national charitable organisation in their search for a Service Manager for their outstanding community setting based in Didsbury, Manchester.

We are looking for strong nurse leader to join this company that has been established for over 60 years offering support with substance misuse, learning disability and mental health & wellbeing support.

With over 300 locations in total; this service is unique it's a small 12 bedded centre of excellence offering rehabilitation packages to informal and detained patients under the MHA; all mixed gender who are psychotic in nature with acute mental health needs.

As a Service Manager here you will be working for a not-for-profit organisation you will hold the following responsibilities whilst working alongside a vast and robust MDT team of OT's, support staff and art therapists:

- Lead the service as the Registered Manager and take on CQC registration
- Leading a variety of disciplines such as a clinical lead, several senior RMN's, RMN nurses and non clinical support workers and occupational therapists.
- Working towards evidence based frameworks
- Adherence to NICE guidelines
- Clinical Governance
- Managing those with dual diagnosis
- Encouraging service user involvement
- Rota management and skill mixing
- Recruitment and retention
- Budget management
