If you are an experienced Branch Manager with a background in industrial door engineering or a related sector, we would like to hear from you.

We are currently seeking a results-driven professional to lead operations at a well-established engineering branch in Manchester.

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, overseeing financial performance, operations, sales, and workforce allocation. You will play a key role in driving growth, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining profitability.

  • Full accountability for branch performance, reporting directly to senior management

  • Oversee P&L, and financial targets, and ensure strong profit margins

  • Manage operations across the factory, field service, and sales teams

  • Allocate labour and resources effectively to meet project requirements

  • Ensure contracts are secured, executed efficiently, and delivered profitably

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities and market expansion

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards

  • Lead HR functions including recruitment, training, and team development

  • Monitor and incentivize staff performance to achieve business goals

ABOUT YOU
  • 3+ years of management experience, ideally within industrial doors, engineering, or a related industry

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities

  • Commercially astute with experience managing P&L and financial targets

  • Full UK driving licence required

SALARY
  • Basic salary £60,000

  • Company Car
