Key Duties/Tasks:

Managing the Roadmap, development role outs

Key stakeholder management, working with the sales and service team to deliver feedback to the technology team

Onboarding clients, managing client expectations and dealing with any escalated queries

Working collaborating to drive the growth of Payrol Bureau and technology.
