Our client is seeking a Service Manager to join their dynamic team, at their Manchester site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced individual to take on a key role within their business, working with one of the most iconic motorcycle brands in the world.

This would be ideal for a Senior Service Advisor/Service Supervisor, looking to take that next step.

Salary: Basic of up to £35k, with an OTE of £45k

Dependent on experience, with an attractive bonus structure

Working Hours/Days: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service department to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee service scheduling, workshop operations, and customer communications.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on servicing, repairs, and maintenance for Ducati motorcycles.
  • Monitor and maintain service KPIs, ensuring performance aligns with company goals.
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused environment while motivating and supporting the service team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior service advisory or service management role, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Proficient in service scheduling systems and basic IT applications.
  • A full motorcycle license is preferred but not essential.
