Our client, one of the best employers in the North West, are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor/ Service Supervisor for their franchised, prestige car dealership.

  • Our clients Service Supervisors are an integral part of the service team.
  • Your role is to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service, standards and processes.
  • You will work closely with the Service Manager and the team to help create long-lasting relationships that build the service offering for now and in the future.
  • As part of a busy team, you will be an active team player who is continually focussed on the needs of the customer.
  • Excellent communication and good IT skills are essential.

The Job:

  • - To meet and exceed customer expectations in a customer focused environment.
  • - Be the first point of contact for customer complaints within the department.
  • - Organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • - Responsible for the day to day running of the service reception and service advisors.
  • - 1-2-1 meetings with all service advisors, compiling reports or meeting and ensure training and development is up to date.
  • - Dealing with customers face to face, assisting the Aftersales Manager with day to day duties, deal with customer complaints
