Showroom Manager

Designer Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a highly reputable, Kitchen company to find a Showroom Manager, based in their showroom in Manchester.

The Showroom Manager will provide leadership to Designers, motivating and enabling the team to meet sales targets and ensure customers receive a renowned standard of service.

The Showroom Manager is responsible for:

• Driving new business in the Trade and Retailsector
• Performance of the team
• Design standards and accuracy
• Effectiveness of procedures and systems
• Overseeing products and suppliers
• Training and development of new and trainee designers

This is a permanent position, paying a basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000, with a commission/bonus structure in place.
