Job Overview: Enjoy a fulfilling work-life balance as a Store Manage. The role is working Sunday to Thursday with every Friday and Saturday off. You'll work 39.5 hours per week, the store operates between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, with reduced hours on weekends.
Salary & Bonuses: Earn up to £27,000 as a base salary, with additional monthly bonuses.
Responsibilities of the store manager:
- Elevate and maintain high standards of customer service within the site.
- Ensure compliance with company and brand standards, including health and safety guidelines.
- Meet store and company key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee site maintenance and management.
