Our client is a premium Ladies Fashion retailer with a huge following - they are leading the way in the market and have no plans to stop, with new store openings and expansions!

Supervisor responsibilities:

Working closely with your Store Manager to drive sales & KPIs in store
Leading by example and providing an exceptional customer experience on the retail floor
Inspiring, coaching and developing your team
Keeping up to date with latest fashion trends
Ensure store standards are kept high in line with company expectations

Supervisor experience and background required:

Proven experience as a Supervisor position within retail
Strong background in ladies fashion, ladies footwear or accessories
A track record in driving KPIs
A collaborative, people focused leadership style
Experience working in fast-paced, service focused environment
