Due to continued expansion across the business, our client, a market leading business is seeking to enhance its team with a senior commissioning engineer.

Role Description

  • Commissioning of BMS systems and their associated controls including integration and front end supervisors
  • Producing commissioning reports, tested drawings and test results
  • Liasing with the project manager and service director keeping them updated on progress of commissioning
  • Handovers to other engineers of information and instructions
  • The integration of 3rd party systems into the BMS uisng MODbus, Mbus or BACnet enabled devices.
  • Keeping up all to date and retuning all documentation
  • Working in a customer focused environment, liaising with other staff and clients
  • Production and back engineering of software strategy
  • Carrying out energy audits, provide energy solutions and ideas
  • Advising customers on further potential benefits from adapting systems
  • Quotations of faulty parts and items

Skills and Qualifications

  • An in-depth knowledge of both BEMS and conventional control
  • 5+ years of experience in BMS Commissioning
  • Electrical engineering qualification
  • Strong skills with schematic drawings
