JOB – Field Service EngineerLOCATION – Northwest of UK TERM – Permanent SALARY – £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience A UK based manufacturing company are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.The Field Service Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
  • HNC Electrical Engineering qualifications or relevant discipline.
  • Good understanding of PLCs.
  • Previous experience servicing bespoke/ special purpose machinery.
  • Good understanding of both electrical & mechanical engineering.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
  • Fault finding, repairs, maintenance & installations of machinery & equipment.
  • Diagnostics & repairs of electrical & mechanical equipment.
  • Ensuring all health & safety regulations are met at all times.
  • Liaising with customers & clients to gain feedback/ take requirements.
