We are looking for a self-motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer for our award-winning client based in Nottinghamshire.
This business has an outstanding reputation for providing bespoke sustainable solutions to customers UK wide. You will be working in a specialist field and training will be fully supported.
THE ROLE
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out service and maintenance on a range of systems. Working at sites across the country, this role is ideal for someone who is looking to manage their own time, as well as travel the UK with expenses paid. Key duties will include:
- Service systems and produce reports for customers.
- Check the operation of the system, including PLC control unit, filtration devices and storage tanks.
- Install equipment when required to ensure the system remains operational.
- Remedial and replacement works as required.
- Raise sales opportunities for additional items within the Company's product/service portfolio.
- Carry out all works according to health and safety standards.
- Ability to build a rapport with customers.
- Carry out any administrative work which is associated with site visit.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Field Service Engineer will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Electrical qualifications (entry level/basic as a minimum)
- A full UK drivers’ licence
- Flexibility is required to travel around the UK
