We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker (BSW) to join a vibrant and diverse primary school in the M8 Crumpsall area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of students who require additional support in their learning and behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to pupils with specific behavioural and learning needs.
- Lead small group interventions to help students engage with their education.
- Assist in the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- A strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils from diverse backgrounds.
