Working with homeless applicants this worker will assess the needs of homeless applicants and from that assessment match the cases to an appropriate move on scheme.Candidates will ideally have experience within homelessness.The Intensive Support workers will be working with Homeless Families and working on a case load of 20-25. They will work with the Family for 3 months and then deem them as high or low risk. The family will then be passed onto the Support Workers who will work with them for the full tenancy length. The support workers will have a case load of 40 families. The role is Mon - Friday 7 hours per dayThis is a Hybrid role and candidates are expected to be office based 2x per week with 1 Duty shift per fortnight.Contact me on or for more information.
