Salary:24,962 Per Annum (Base salary 23,962 + 1,000 Unsociable Hours Allowance)
Hours:Working hours are 8 hours per day, shift patterns and flexibility will be discussed during the interview. (The provision of the contract is between 08:00 and 22:00)

Candidates are required to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for the purposes of undertaking the requirements of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support:Assist clients in complying with HDC/Bail conditions.
- Support Plans:Develop and implement person-centred Support Plans.
- Weekly Sessions:Provide weekly support sessions to engage residents with their support plans and help achieve their goals.
- Benefit Assistance:Assist residents in accessing Housing Benefit to ensure stable tenancy.
- Property Management:Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard by reporting repairs and replacing furniture and equipment as needed.
What We Expect:
- Experience:Proven experience in developing support and move-on plans.
- Safeguarding Knowledge:Understanding of safeguarding practices and working with vulnerable adults.
- Flexibility:Willingness to travel within your allocated area and adapt to different local patches as required.
- Computer Skills:Familiarity with computer-based packages for record-keeping and communication.
