Hours:Working hours are 8 hours per day, shift patterns and flexibility will be discussed during the interview. (The provision of the contract is between 08:00 and 22:00)

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
Candidates are required to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for the purposes of undertaking the requirements of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support:Assist clients in complying with HDC/Bail conditions.
  • Support Plans:Develop and implement person-centred Support Plans.
  • Weekly Sessions:Provide weekly support sessions to engage residents with their support plans and help achieve their goals.
  • Benefit Assistance:Assist residents in accessing Housing Benefit to ensure stable tenancy.
  • Property Management:Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard by reporting repairs and replacing furniture and equipment as needed.

What We Expect:

  • Experience:Proven experience in developing support and move-on plans.
  • Safeguarding Knowledge:Understanding of safeguarding practices and working with vulnerable adults.
  • Flexibility:Willingness to travel within your allocated area and adapt to different local patches as required.
  • Computer Skills:Familiarity with computer-based packages for record-keeping and communication.
