Housing Options Officer - S.21 Specialist
Contract Length: 9 months
Hours per Week: 37 hours
Working pattern: Remote
Interviews: Next Week
Negotiable rates dependent on experience starting at 23/hr Umbrella.
Experience needed:
- Experienced & Confident Housing Options Officer from initial assessment through to decision making.
- Over 4 years' experience in Local Authorities, using knowledge of HRA 2017, and other housing legislation.
- Experience working on S.21 eviction notices, working with the client and landlord to prevent homelessness.
- Experience of conducting an accurate S184 investigation and decision.
- Experienced offering assistance, advice and solutions on housing options allocating properties for successful applicants.
- Knowledge of options available to clients accessing the councils homeless service.
