About You

  • Previous experience working with children and young people with SEND
  • An empathetic and patient individual with a passion for supporting students' learning and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to provide tailored support and implement behaviour plans
  • The ability to work independently and effectively in a team
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to obtain one)
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
