Outreach Worker, Manchester City CouncilPay rate £14.72 per hour  Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced Outreach Worker to join a Children’s Centre Team, working across four Children’s centres in Manchester.Job Purpose and Responsibilities: - The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming and efficient service to all users of children’s centres within the localities of Manchester.
  • Has early years’ experience and knowledge of the EYFS.
  • Has worked with families and children under 5 and can work as part of a multi-agency team.
  • Can work at front line level, at a high quality and when necessary, assertively, and use a whole family approach.
  • Can identify packages of support to improve outcomes and support children to achieve their milestones.
  • Has the Ability to maintain effective systems to manage and retrieve information. Can use the computer to complete tracking of families and outcomes.
  • Can support families with a range of issues such as housing, child protection, onto training volunteering or work.
