- Has early years’ experience and knowledge of the EYFS.
- Has worked with families and children under 5 and can work as part of a multi-agency team.
- Can work at front line level, at a high quality and when necessary, assertively, and use a whole family approach.
- Can identify packages of support to improve outcomes and support children to achieve their milestones.
- Has the Ability to maintain effective systems to manage and retrieve information. Can use the computer to complete tracking of families and outcomes.
- Can support families with a range of issues such as housing, child protection, onto training volunteering or work.
- Has excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
