The Role:

P4 Recruitment are working with a care provider whose ethos is to seek and inspire young people through support, guidance and care. They provide a safe, warm, nurturing and accepting environment; where safety, security, care and development is of paramount importance.

About the role:This role of a Senior Children Residential Support worker is to make a positive impact on the lives of children. You will provide physical, emotional and cultural support to children whilst ensuring safeguarding of the children and young people is paramount. A full, valid UK driving license for both manual or automatic vehicles is needed for attending appointments, education and other activities.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 1-year referenceable experience working with children and young people.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children Residential
