Are you a passionate and dedicated Youth Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the education sector? We are seeking motivated individuals with transferable skills in youth work who are interested in supporting students in schools, colleges, and other educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Support: Work closely with students, offering guidance, encouragement, and tailored support to help them succeed academically and socially.
  • Mentoring & Coaching: Provide mentorship to students, helping them develop life skills, improve their confidence, and navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Collaborative Work: Support teaching staff in creating a positive learning environment, working alongside educators to address the needs of individual students.
  • Behavioral & Emotional Support: Use your experience to help manage classroom behavior, assist in emotional well-being support, and implement strategies to promote positive relationships.
