Key Role Descriptors:
- Coordinate and contribute to high-quality service provision to support service users and promote their independence.
- Engage service users with support services from both statutory and voluntary agencies.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and agencies.
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Provide responsive and efficient service user assessments and expert advice.
- Refer service users to appropriate support services and maintain joint working arrangements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and reduce safeguarding risks.
- Respond to queries from stakeholders efficiently and courteously.
- Manage workloads proactively in a demand-led, front-line service.
- Maintain up-to-date records, processes, and systems.

Role Portfolio:
- Provide professional advice, information, and support to survivors of intimate partner violence.
- Work within the Adults Safeguarding Team to safeguard vulnerable adults and children.
- Deliver services through various methods, including face-to-face and telephone.
- Handle traumatic situations with emotional resilience.

Technical Requirements:
- Experience working with survivors of domestic abuse.
- Enhanced DBS check.
