This agency, a dynamic performance marketing agency based in Manchester City Centre are fresh on the scene after 18 months of setting up and experiencing insane growth with new client wins! This is a really exciting opportunity to join an agency and be a pivotal part of their business. They're now looking for a Paid Social Analyst to join their growing team and be their 4th employee. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing and love optimising campaigns for maximum impact, they want to hear from you! The 2 Directors are super talented and down to earth, and the opportunity to learn is massive!
You'll work with a whole host of exciting ecommerce brands across Beauty, Fragrance, Home Decor, Childcare & Fashion.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Strategising, launching, and optimising paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta
- Analysing performance data to identify trends and drive informed decision-making
- Partnering with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Keeping up with platform updates, industry trends, and testing new strategies
- Tracking key metrics and translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
What They're Looking For:
- 1+ years' experience running Meta Ads campaigns
- A strong analytical mindset with a passion for performance marketing and data
- Experience with other paid social platforms is a plus but not essential
- A proactive, results-focused approach—always looking to improve performance
- Excellent communication skills—you can break down data into meaningful insights.
