We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Business Change) to join this Social Housing provider in the Northwest. Ideally you will also have had experience of delivering large-scale technology changes as well as business transformation.

Client Details

Our client is a large-scale organisation operating within the Social Housing (No-For-Profit / Profit-For-Purpose) sector.

Description

  • Manage and lead Business Change projects, many of which are Technology-enabled.
  • Develop and implement strategic planning for project execution and completion.
  • Coordinate with and manage diverse cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to guarantee adherence.
  • Generate project reports and present to senior management.
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.
  • Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Knowledge and experience in project management within the Social Housing sector.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and project coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience of Business Change / Transformation as well as technology-facing / enabled projects.
  • Strong understanding of Not-For-Profit or related sectors.
  • Very strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
