Description
- Manage and lead Business Change projects, many of which are Technology-enabled.
- Develop and implement strategic planning for project execution and completion.
- Coordinate with and manage diverse cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to guarantee adherence.
- Generate project reports and present to senior management.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.
- Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Knowledge and experience in project management within the Social Housing sector.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and project coordination.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience of Business Change / Transformation as well as technology-facing / enabled projects.
- Strong understanding of Not-For-Profit or related sectors.
- Very strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
