Salary: £55K - £80K basic Dep on experience + Commission + Benefits
This fresh, dynamic new company was founded just 18 months ago in Manchester specialising initially within Professional Services Recruitment. There are currently 7 consultants and phenomenally they have £1m + Profit in the business already. The business was founded on the belief that high performers should have true ownership of their business and their aim is to create a platform where high performance equals high reward, and the potential for long term wealth creation. This is evidenced in a very lucrative commission scheme, generous basic salaries and they are currently putting an EMI Scheme in place.
Currently, they have 2 Directors who work the Insurance and Pricing market and they are looking for an entrepreneurial billing Team Lead who can grow out their Technology Division. There are currently 2 senior consultants that specialise in Data and Analytics (in collaboration with the insurance market) and a Senior IT Consultant.
The business are at the start of a very exciting journey and their mission is to be the market leading company within the spaces that they operate within, a dominant force driven by people who are true leaders within their markets and who deliver real business value to their clients above and beyond the usual recruitment hum-drum.

Experience Required:
Successful billing history
2 years+ IT or Data and Analytics Recruitment experience from within a contingent Recruitment Consultancy
