About the Role:
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Residential Children's Home Manager to oversee and develop a carefully designed 5/6-bedroom care home for children aged 11+. You will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing environment and building a strong, family-oriented team while driving the home's development and progression.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the home operates in compliance with Ofsted regulations, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
* Oversee care planning and implement individualised strategies for each child, promoting their well-being and personal development.
* Lead and inspire a team, providing training and ongoing support to ensure high-quality care.
* Maintain the home's financial stability and ensure effective resource allocation.
* Liaise with external agencies, including social workers and healthcare providers, to coordinate care.
