Role: Team Leader - Adult Social Care

Salary: £32,822.40 per annum

Hours: 4 x 12-hour shifts per week (48 hours/week, including weekends, with on-call responsibilities)

Location: Greater Manchester - various supported living and residential sites across Whalley Range, Rochdale, Bury, Openshaw & surrounding areas

The Opportunity

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join their dedicated care team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in the delivery of compassionate, effective care, while also supporting and guiding a team of Support/Care Workers.

You’ll work 4 x 12-hour shifts per week (flexible scheduling, not fixed to a 4-on/4-off pattern), including weekend coverage and participation in the on-call rota.

• Proven Team Leader experience in a care setting

• Experience in writing, reviewing, and updating care/support plans

• Confidence in conducting audits, staff supervisions, return-to-work interviews, and professional discussions

• Solid skills in rota planning and staff coordination

• A person-centred mindset and strong values around dignity, respect, and empowerment
