Location: Greater Manchester various supported living and residential sites across Whalley Range, Rochdale, Bury, Openshaw & surrounding areas

The Opportunity

Were currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join their dedicated care team. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll play a key part in the delivery of compassionate, effective care, while also supporting and guiding a team of Support/Care Workers.

Youll work 4 x 12-hour shifts per week (flexible scheduling, not fixed to a 4-on/4-off pattern), including weekend coverage and participation in the on-call rota.

Proven Team Leader experience in a care setting

Experience in writing, reviewing, and updating care/support plans

Confidence in conducting audits, staff supervisions, return-to-work interviews, and professional discussions

Solid skills in rota planning and staff coordination
