Our team is dedicated to helping vulnerable adults maintain and enhance their quality of life through effective benefit maximization and budgeting skills. We seek someone warm, positive, creative, and accountable, capable of building positive, trusting relationships with clients, families, staff, and partner agencies.
In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of corporate appointeeships, handling benefit claims, bank accounts, and budgeting for individuals who cannot manage these tasks themselves. A keen interest in financial inclusion and the DWP benefits system is essential. You should be self-motivated, with a passion for rules and regulations and how they can be leveraged to benefit our clients.
This role requires regular regional travel.
