NonStop Care are currently partnered with a reputable Local Authority in Greater Manchester who are currently seeking experienced social workers, specialising in mental health assessments. This position has no safeguarding elements to it and will work alongside the localities team completing Mental Capacity Assessments.

Specialised Focus on Mental Capacity Assessments: You'll be responsible for conducting 4-5 Mental Capacity Assessments per week across the Borough, allowing you to focus deeply on the complexities of each case. Engage in meaningful, specialised work that allows you to apply and expand your expertise under the Mental Capacity Act (2005), directly impacting the lives of vulnerable adults.

Manageable and Focused Caseload with NO safeguarding: With a workload of 4-5 assessments per week, you have the opportunity to delve deeply into each case, considering complexity and individual circumstances without overwhelming caseload pressures.
