Role: Part-Time Health and Social Care Lecturer (Maternity Cover)
Location: Greater Manchester
Contract Type: 0.5 FTE, 12-Month Maternity Cover
Rate of pay: 31,729 to 43,736 Full time (0.5 FTE pro-rata 15,864 to 21,868)
Eden Brown are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Health and Social Care Lecturer to join a leading Further Education College for a 12-month maternity cover on a part-time basis (0.5 FTE).
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality teaching across Health and Social Care courses at various levels.
* Planning and preparing engaging and relevant lessons that meet curriculum standards.
* Supporting students in achieving their academic and practical goals.
* Assessing students progress and providing constructive feedback.
* Contributing to the development of course materials and resources.
* Participating in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* A relevant degree or professional qualification in Health and Social Care.
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or CertEd)
* Relevant teaching experience inn Health and Social Care
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
