Adult Social Worker - Preparing for Adulthood Team (Greater Manchester) - £35p/hr
NonStop Care is collaborating with a forward-thinking local authority in Greater Manchester to recruit an experienced adult social worker for their newly established Preparing for Adulthood Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and neurodiversity during their transition into adulthood.
You will manage a caseload of 14 cases, focusing on facilitating smooth transitions into adult services without the distraction of court work, allowing you to provide high-quality support during this critical stage of life.

What We're Looking For
- A recognised degree in Social Care and current registration with Social Work England.
- At least 2 years of experience in Learning Disabilities and/or Transition Social Work.
