Working in Trafford Older Adult CMHT you will join our Multi-Disciplinary Team alongside Consultant Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologist, Community Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and STR workers. We are looking for an experienced social worker to provide social work leadership alongside other senior staff.
