Qualified Social Worker, Team Manager, Integrated Neighbourhood TeamPay rate to £40 per hour  Contract role Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Qualified Social Worker to work as a Team Manager in an Integrated Neighbourhood Team in Manchester City Council. In the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, we are passionate about supporting one another and delivering excellent services to our residents. We are looking forward to welcoming a team manager who shares these passions and who value diversity and integration. It is essential for you to have some experience of supervision of staff/ students. This includes ability to lead reflective discussions, identify areas for improvement and support staff and team development, develop ASYE staff. You should be someone with significant experience of working with adults with a range of needs in a strengths based way. You should have a positive approach to partnership working and experience of this achieving positive outcomes for citizens and communities. You should be used to working in a fast paced and pressurised social care setting and be able to manage in this environment. This includes managing competing priorities, achieving practice excellence and sustaining positive team morale. The role requires organisation skills, resilience, autonomy and accountability.
