Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with an existing complex case load of service users enduring mental health problems
  • The role will include assessment and appropriate management or risks and providing casework supervisions to other team members
  • Work with service users and other stakeholders to assist service planning
  • In some cases acting as Care Coordinator under the CPA framework

To be considered for the Social Worker role:

  • 6 months-3 years experience of working within a similar social work setting
  • Diploma/Degree in Social Work
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Evidence of working with a complex caseload
  • Experience of working within a Community Mental Health Team
