Responsibilities:
- Dealing with an existing complex case load of service users enduring mental health problems
- The role will include assessment and appropriate management or risks and providing casework supervisions to other team members
- Work with service users and other stakeholders to assist service planning
- In some cases acting as Care Coordinator under the CPA framework
To be considered for the Social Worker role:
- 6 months-3 years experience of working within a similar social work setting
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
- Evidence of working with a complex caseload
- Experience of working within a Community Mental Health Team
