Regional Operations Support Manager
Location covering the North - Derby, Stafford, Blackburn, Bury, Trafford, Tameside
Domiciliary Care, Homecare, and Extra Care
(Note this role DOES NOT require you to be registered with CQC) previous CQC registration is an advantage.

This is a new opportunity to join an established, professional, well rated Domiciliary Care company.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, flexible individual to provide regional operational management support to a cluster of Domiciliary Care Registered Managers and their Domiciliary Care teams. They provide high quality care and support to elderly people with living in their own homes and also in Extra Care accommodation through the North of England.

The positions you may have had could include, Registered Manager, Regional Support Manager, Area Manager, Quality and Compliance Manager.

You will be experienced in supporting care managers, pre and post CQC preparation, quality and compliance, contract management and delivery, local authority relationships, leading, developing and supporting teams.

What is crucial is that you will share the organisation’s ethos in terms of having a passion for providing truly person-centred care of the highest quality, by putting your clients at the heart of what you do. You’ll be passionate about ensuring standards are the very best they can be, and instilling the same values in those around you.

You will have strong experience of working within Domiciliary Care or Extra Care with sound knowledge of CQC and what is required to deliver the highest standards of care and support for the people you support.

You will be flexible, adaptable, approachable with excellent communication skills and a level headed and sensitive attitude.
