The role involves overseeing disrepairs at various properties and handling tenant complaints.
Candidates must have experience in social housing disrepairs and working with tenants, along with a valid SMSTS and CSCS card.
The job requires a 39-hour work week with specific hours from Monday to Friday, and a salary of £40,000 per year is offered.
Travel throughout the day may be necessary, and a van will be provided after an initial training period.

You are will be over looking disrepairs on a daily basis
Expected to work at various properties, handling complaints.
You will be required to work a 39 hour week. 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 15:30 on a friday.
