Sonic Summary

The position is for a Social Worker Operations & Performance Manager within the MASH team located in Manchester, offering a salary of £42.00 per hour.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) setting and hold a DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
The role requires excellent communication, organization, and planning skills, along with a strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 office days per week after the induction period, and involves supervising five Social Workers while collaborating with police and health services.
Applicants must also possess Social Work England registration, an enhanced DBS certificate, and demonstrate competent IT skills.

Manchester CC are seeking an Operations and Performance Manager for MASHMust have an MDT background, with great communication, organisation and planning skills, and a good understanding of Safeguarding. The candidate will be responsible for 5 SSW's. and will be working alongside the police, MH and Health. After induction period role will be Hybrid 2-3 office days per week.

Excellent communication skills and be able to make good decisions based on information available.
Can work alone and within/contribute to a team/multi-agency set ups

Competent IT skills and be able to navigate electronic file/recording systems.
Can write clear, concise, and robust assessment/reports/files.
Have a flexible approach to work and working hours when the need arises
