Great opportunity for a Head of Architecture to work for a UK household name.
As Head of Architecture, you'll report to the Technology Director and will lead a small team of Software Architects responsible for embedding a clear architecture framework and design best practices across the software engineering department.
This is a leadership, people-oriented role so carries line management responsibility, but you must still be hands-on with the ability to own and deliver the architecture vision, strategy, and approach.
Skills:
- Deep knowledge of AWS including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EventBridge etc.
- Serverless, event-driven and microservices architecture experience
- Hands-on software engineering background in TypeScript
The money is good too - up to £100k plus benefits.
