As part of their ongoing digital transformation, they're looking for a talented Dynamics CRM Developer to join their dynamic team. Role Purpose:

As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you'll design, develop, and optimise tailored solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the unique needs of the property services business. You'll collaborate with internal teams-including RPA and PMO-to automate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative solutions that drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Custom Solutions: Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with business goals and improve property management processes.
  • Coding & Testing: Write clean, scalable code (C#, JavaScript) and ensure high-quality, bug-free deployments.
  • Automation: Work with RPA and PMO teams to automate manual processes, boosting efficiency across the organisation.
  • Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Optimisation: Continuously enhance and optimise CRM functionality for improved user experience and performance.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
  • Strong technical skills in C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Expertise in CRM integration, data management, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile development environments.
