Lead C# Software Engineer

Our client, a rapidly growing technology company based in Manchester City Centre, is looking for a C# Lead Software Engineer to take ownership of technical direction, mentor a talented engineering team, and contribute to cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the CTO and Directors, you will lead two engineering squads, ensuring technical excellence while collaborating with senior management and key stakeholders. This role offers a 30/70 split between hands-on coding and broader leadership responsibilities, including architecture, compliance, and security oversight.
