GSA Techsource is seeking a M365 Developer for a public sector client, focusing on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform services.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year of commercial experience in application development and offers a competitive salary within IR35 guidelines.
Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, leading a small team of Support Analysts, and maintaining existing solutions while implementing governance.
Essential skills include proficiency in PowerFX, front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and scripting with PowerShell.
The position is hybrid, requiring onsite work two days a week in locations such as Darlington, Coventry, Manchester, or Sheffield.

GSA Techsource is currently recruiting for a M365 Developer who will be working for a public sector client. Responsibilities:- Lead on working with various stakeholders to analyse business requirements, design a solution, build and deploy (including change and release processes, testing and user guidance) SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform business services- Lead and manage small cross-site team of 2 Support Analysts responsible for resolving Share-Point Online and Microsoft Power Platform technical issues- Maintain existing SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, implement strong supporting governance and ensure prompt response to problem resolution- Evaluate existing systems, solutions and processes and provide ideas for improvements- Author and execute PowerShell scripts that automate routine administrative tasks- Ability to self-manage workload and work to deadlines- Help mentor and coach members of the team as well as have an aspiration to gain new knowledge and skills, keeping up to date with emerging technologies and the changing landscapeEssential Skills:- Experience using PowerFX programming language create complex functions in Power Apps and Power Automate.- Knowledge and experience of application development (minimum 1 year commercial experience)- Front-end web development skills e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript- Experience of developing and managing solutions built using SharePoint Online and Power Plat-form.- Experience in working with M365 (Admin Centre, Teams, Delve and Search)- Knowledge and experience of scripting using PowerShell- Excellent communication skills with system users and vendors to identify, explain, and resolve complex problems- Passion to keep up to date with developments SharePoint Online and Power Platform.This role falls inside IR35.This role is hybrid - you will be required onsite 2 days a week in Darlington, Coventry, Manchester or Sheffield.GSA Techsource Ltd operates as an Employment Agency when recruiting for permanent vacancies, and an Employment Business when recruiting for contract vacancies.
