Mid-level Backend Developer

Mid-level Backend Developer - up to £35,000 - Remote

I am recruiting a mid-level backend developer looking to play a crucial role in designing, developing and maintaining the company's backend systems that form the foundations of the business-to-business and business-to-customer platforms. The role provides the opportunity to create backend microservices that support diverse business logic, alongside Dockerflies for containerization. The role also involves writing clean and efficient code, in line with coding practices and standards, as well as implementing architecture for efficient communication and processing within the system.

Requirements

Proven experience contributing to backend services, with a focus on C#, .NET6 and entity framework

Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems using queues and consumers

Experience with Docker

Proficiency in version control systems such as Git

Preferences

Knowledge of RabbitMQ

Unit testing using xUnit or nUnit

Azure experience

Logging with NLog
